He has also held senior leadership roles with prestigious hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Accor, alongside independent hotels managed by Kew Green, Michels & Taylor, and Eclipse Hotels Group. Notably, as Operations Director at Eclipse Hotels Group, Syed brought his leadership acumen to the UK, Europe, and the Bahamas, consistently driving operational excellence. Later, as Managing Director at London Rock Partners, he demonstrated exceptional strategic foresight, spearheading growth and propelling the company to unprecedented success.
